Documents required for tourist visa to Iraq:

Iraqi visa application form. For online orders, please download, print and sign Iraq visa application, prepared by our system under your account.

Original, signed Canada passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity.

Passport-type photographs: 2. Must be 35mm x 45mm.

Driver's license. Copy of driver's license or utility bill, showing the applicants name and current address.

Medical report. A recent medical report indicating that the applicant has no communicable diseases.

Personal Letter. A personal letter from the applicant addressed to the Embassy of Iraq, explaining the purpose of the trip (Make sure to provide a convincing reason for visit depending on the Visa type), dates of travel, cities to be visited, and provide the fiull address of the places of accommodations in Iraq.

Proof of Sufficient Funds. Provide proof of ability to cover the cost of living during the period of his stay in Iraq for holders of ordinary passports

Record of good conduct. A notarized Police report stating that the applicant has:
• No objection prevents him from entering the territory of the Republic of Iraq regarding the public health, security, morals, or the national economy.
• Not accused or convicted of a crime outside Iraq may be extradited for.
• No order of deporting him from the Republic of Iraq and to achieve this must check the records for the barred from entering Iraq in accordance with the attached form (1).
