Documents required for tourist visa to Tanzania:

Tanzanian visa application form. For online orders, please download, print and sign Tanzania visa application, prepared by our system under your account.

Original, signed Canada passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity.

Passport Photo: 1 Include a passport style photo, with a white background, taken within the last 6 months. You may also choose to upload a photo to your order for us to print. There is a surcharge associated with this service.

Itinerary. Copy of round trip tickets or itinerary (Applicant's name must be on itinerary)

Letter of invitation. If visiting Tanzania for volunteering, a letter of invitation from the host organization/company in Tanzania. Letter must contain client's passport details, travel dates, description of volunteer activities, length and location of stay. Must be signed by inviting party.

Multiple Entry Letter. If you are applying for a multiple entry visa for the longer validity but only planning on a single entry, please include a letter explaining why the multiple entry visa is needed.

•Permanent Resident Card. Copy of the front and back of valid Permanent Resident Card.
•Reference in Tanzania. Name and number of contact in Tanzania (preferably in Dar es Salaam).
