Documents required for tourist visa to Russian:

Visa application form. For online orders, please download, print and sign Russia visa application, prepared by our system under your account. Application forms cannot be double sided, please print on one side.

Original passport. The passport must be valid at least 6 months after the intended date of departure from the territory of the destination country and has at least 2 blank visa pages.

Passport-type photograph. Include a passport style photo, with a white background, taken within the last 6 months. You may also choose to upload a photo to your order for us to print. There is a charge associated with this service.

Proof of status. A copy of immigration status in the country of residence such as resident card, work, or study permit.

If a double entry is requested. The client needs to provide a copy of airplane or ground transportation tickets showing the full travel route from the Russia to the neighboring state and back to the Russia.

Medical Insurance. Submit proof of medical insurance which provides coverage for your entire stay in Russia. A copy of your medical card is acceptable.

Tourist Voucher. An official Tourist Confirmation and Voucher from Russia is required to apply for a Russian tourist visa, this is considered to be the first step in applying for a visa to visit Russia as a Tourist staying in a Hotel, Cruise Ship Passengers, Tour Groups, Hostel Stays, Rented Apartment, etc.

Tourist Voucher. Copy of tourist voucher (invitation) issued by tourist company or hotel in Russia approved by the Ministry of Tourism. Tourist vouchers are only acceptable if applicant is staying 10 days or less.

Personal Letter. A personal letter from the applicant addressed to the Embassy of Russia, explaining the purpose of the trip, dates of travel, cities to be visited, and places of accommodations.
